Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may be longer during weekends, holidays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Origin and Carrier

Most orders ship from our warehouse in China via a tracked international carrier. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 4-12 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country, carrier, customs clearance, product availability, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Any available free shipping offer or promotion will also be shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
