How to Request a Return

Return Shipping
For eligible returns, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will provide return instructions by email after the return request is approved. Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions from us first.

Inspection and Refund Processing
