Refund Policy

Return Policy

• Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at jamesernst.cn@gmail.com with your order number, details about the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Refund Policy

• Inspection of Return: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.

• Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jamesernst.cn@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping Costs
• We will cover your shipping costs for returning your item.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
